For employers

Your team's AI training, tracked and evidenced

You see who has started, who is in progress and who has finished.

Enrol your employees with one code and keep a certificate of participation for each participant that you can show to your board and to an auditor.

What it costs

€60 per person, or with a teacher

Self-study costs €60 per person including VAT; above ten participants €50. With a teacher a half day costs €800 and a full day €1,600 per group, excluding VAT, with self-study included for every participant. You pay for a lesson after the lesson.

Self-study€2,100incl. VAT, about four hours per person at their own pace
With a teacher€3,872incl. VAT (€3,200 excl.); 4 groups of twelve at most, 2 full days

With a teacher, self-study is included for every participant and a lesson takes four hours per person. You do not need to buy licences for the lesson, and I need no access to your systems. If you want me on site, we plan that well ahead; the price per group is the same and travel costs are added: €0.25 per kilometre from Goes and travel time beyond the first hour. For the whole organisation at once there is also a one-hour start online plus a question hour: €3,068 incl. VAT for the two sessions and self-study together. An indication; the amount in the quote applies.

Up to 10 participants you buy directly; you receive one code for the whole team and whoever buys becomes the contact person. A group with a teacher is eight to sixteen participants on site, twelve at most online; a full day is two groups one after the other or one group all day. Planning is possible from one week after agreement. The group lesson is called AI and Copilot at work.

Tracking progress

The contact person sees how far the team is

Each group has one or two contact people. Under Organisation they see, for each employee, how many lessons and tests are done and who has finished. The contact person does not see the test marks: the course is a learning tool, not an appraisal. Participants see their own marks, and the teacher sees them to check whether the explanation lands.

The certificate

A certificate of participation you can show

Every participant who finishes the course receives a certificate of participation, printable as a PDF. It shows the name, the topics covered, the completion date, the study load, the name of your organisation if you supply it, and who issued it. Every certificate has a verification code and a public verification page.

On a team licence the certificate of participation is only issued once a participant has passed every test with at least a 7.0 out of 10. The best attempt counts and retakes are unlimited; the order of the questions and the answers changes with each attempt. So the certificate says that someone took part and passed every test.

A certificate can be verified online as long as the learning portal exists and for at most five years, even if the participant's account no longer exists by then. For that purpose the portal keeps only the name, the course and its variant, the organisation, the date and the certificate number. The participant can have that entry removed sooner, so keep the PDF in your own records as well.

The details, if you need them

How it works in practice
Inviting
You receive one course code for the whole team and pass it on yourself. Each employee uses it to create an account with a name, email address and password. In the Dutch course each employee also chooses their own sector; the English course is the general edition. The code works for the number of seats you bought.
What the contact person sees
For each employee: name, email address, enrolment date, the number of lessons read, the number of tests taken and the status (not started yet, in progress or finished). Above that, how many seats have been used. Test marks are not shown.
Exporting
The list can be downloaded as a CSV file. The column headings are in Dutch: Groep (group), Naam (name), E-mail, Ingeschreven (enrolled), Gelezen (lessons read), Totaal lessen (total lessons), Toetsen gemaakt (tests taken), Aantal toetsen (number of tests), Afgerond (finished), Afgerond op (finished on), Bewijsnummer (certificate number) and Controle (the link to verify the certificate).
Who the contact person is
If you buy directly for several people, you become the contact person once you register with the same code and confirm your email address. With a quote the same goes for whoever requested the quote; I can also appoint someone else. There is one per group, or two, for example HR and IT; both see the same.
Someone leaves
The contact person releases the seat once under Organisation for a colleague, even if the employee had already started. That employee then loses access to the course; a certificate of participation already earned can still be verified. The colleague signs up with the same code.
Reminders
Anyone with an account who has not continued for three days gets one email with their next lesson in it. Anyone who has not confirmed their email address after a day gets one reminder. The portal does not know people who have not registered yet; you remind those yourself.
Evaluation
After the last lesson a participant can answer three questions about the course. The contact person sees the number of evaluations and, from three upwards, the average mark.
How long access lasts
Access lasts for as long as the account exists. An account that has not been used for twelve months is deleted, along with its progress and test results; the employee then disappears from your overview. The certificate of participation can be verified as long as the learning portal exists and for at most five years. Download the CSV if you need the overview for longer.
An aid towards Article 4 of the AI Act

Article 4 of the AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 and was amended as of 27 July 2026 (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744). It asks organisations to support the AI literacy of their people: to do something about it that fits your people and your use. If you want to show that later, record it. The article asks for no exam and no guaranteed level. A course with a list of participants and the topics covered on the certificate counts as such a measure, so you can document your own efforts on AI literacy; whether that is enough in your case depends on your own situation. Section 6 of the course explains what the law does and does not require.

Privacy and processing

To forward: the page for your data protection officer (in Dutch), with the data, sub-processors, retention periods and the off switch for the AI exercises in one place.

If you sign up employees, you are the controller of their data and ITKaro is your processor. The data processing agreement therefore comes with a team licence as standard: your acceptance of the quote or of the terms of sale includes it, unless we sign your own data processing agreement or the model of your sector. If someone buys a seat for themselves, ITKaro is the controller. The learning portal runs on fly.io in the EU region (Amsterdam) and uses Microsoft 365 in the EU; the AI exercises run via Anthropic (Claude Haiku) in the United States, on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses in Anthropic's data processing agreement. The portal does not store what a participant types into an exercise. If you want nothing to go to that service, I switch the AI exercises off for your group; participants then see the task without an input field, and the lessons and the tests keep working.

There are no trackers and no third-party analytics. The portal does count per day how often the trial lesson and the purchase page are visited and via which advertisement; nothing about the visitor is stored.

Enrolling a larger team: from 11 participants, step by step
  1. Request a quote with the number of participants; you will hear from me usually within one working day. The first 10 participants cost €60 per person, each participant above that €50, including VAT.
  2. You accept on the quote page, including the data processing agreement, and receive the invoice. Once the payment is in, I send the course code. For larger numbers I split your team into groups; the quote then says so.
  3. Your employees register with that code: name and email address. Those who follow the course in Dutch also choose their own sector.
  4. The contact person follows progress under Organisation: for each employee how many lessons and tests are done and who has finished, across all your groups. The test marks are not included; the list can be exported as CSV.
  5. Everyone who finishes receives a certificate of participation. On a team licence it is only issued once a participant has passed every test with a mark of at least 7.0 out of 10.
