The whole course, no classroom day
Seven sections on working with AI: what a language model really does, what is already in your Microsoft environment, confidentiality and shadow AI, and what the law asks of you. Along the way you practise with a real AI model, and six of the seven sections end with a test. At the end your certificate of participation is ready, listing the topics covered.
The English course is the general edition, with examples from everyday office work. The sector editions (healthcare, education, manufacturing, legal and IT) are in Dutch only. The legal content follows European law; if your organisation works under UK law, you choose that at the start.

Six of the seven sections end with a short test; at the end your certificate of participation is ready.
If you buy for a team, the contact person follows who has started and who has finished. The contact person does not see the test scores.

After completion your certificate of participation is ready, printable as a PDF, with all the topics covered. Every certificate has a verification code and a public verification page, so an employer or auditor can check that it is genuine. See an example certificate.
Multiple participants?
For up to 10 people you can buy directly: you choose the number of participants at checkout. You then receive one code for the whole team, and whoever makes the purchase becomes the contact person: if you register with that code yourself, you can follow your employees' progress under Organisation, as in the example above. You see who has started and who has finished; you do not see the test marks. On a team licence the certificate of participation is only issued once a participant has passed every test with at least a 7.0. The best attempt counts and retakes are unlimited: the certificate says that someone has worked through the material and passed every test.
From 11 participants you request a quote. The first 10 participants cost €60 per person, each participant above that €50, including VAT. An invoice in your company's name or a group lesson also goes via the quote; you will hear from me usually within one working day. With a team licence a seat can be transferred to a colleague once, and the data processing agreement comes with it as standard. Read the data processing agreement.
The group lesson is called AI and Copilot at work. I teach it on a made-up case file from your sector, with room for your own questions. I teach online, during your working hours. A day on site is planned well ahead. This online course is included for every participant, as preparation and reference, with the exercises, the tests and the certificate of participation. A half day costs €800 and a full day €1,600, excluding VAT and travel costs (€0.25 per kilometre from Goes, and travel time beyond the first hour). A group is eight to sixteen participants on site, twelve at most online; a full day is two groups one after the other, or one group all day. Scheduling is possible from one week after you agree.
